Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: For over 25 years, we’ve been customer experience fanatics who have partnered with brands that are so passionate about the customer experience that they feel compelled to understand and highlight the friction points that erode their brand loyalty and profitability.

Long answer: We will never ask you for money to be a mystery shopper –– in fact, we pay and/or reimburse you. We don’t send payment in advance of the work being performed, and we will never ask you to mail products to us.
Beware of Scams!
We will never ask you for money. If a company claiming to be in the mystery shopping business does reach out to you asking for money or claiming to offer something that sounds too good to be true, please report them to the appropriate authorities.

Short answer: Absolutely.
Long answer: The great thing about mystery shopping is that you only work when you want to. As a mystery shopper, you’re considered an independent contractor and may request assignments as they align with your availability and interest.
Long answer: Once you’ve registered, you’ll have access to our proprietary dashboard that will list available opportunities in your area. We’ll also begin pushing out text and email reminders to alert you about new shopping opportunities that we think will be of interest. Each assignment will have specific client-based instructions indicating what is expected for that assignment –– if it looks like a fit for you, just sign up!
