- Pay a low monthly rate per location with unlimited text feedback from customers
- Place the Trusted Partner Program decals with a unique identifier at each location on all main entrance doors
Generating Customer Participation
- Encourage customers to text the word VOICE to the national number with the unique location identifier on the decal at any time to get started
- Text surveys include 3 questions: overall customer experience, likelihood to return, and likelihood to recommend
- Responses can be anonymous, or customers can provide their contact information and request follow-up from your business
