The Trusted Partner Program enables customers of participating businesses an easy way to provide direct feedback via SMS about their customer experience. Using a national, text-enabled number, customers simply send a text using the word “VOICE” and a chatbot walks them through a 3-question SMS Survey, enabling them to offer feedback about their visit. Businesses can access customers’ results on A Closer Look’s easy-to-use, near real-time dashboard reporting.

Getting Started in the Trusted Partner Program
- Join the Trusted Partner Program by enrolling each location
- Pay a low monthly rate per location with unlimited text feedback from customers
- Place the Trusted Partner Program decals with a unique identifier at each location on all main entrance doors
Generating Customer Participation
- Encourage customers to text the word VOICE to the national number with the unique location identifier on the decal at any time to get started
- Text surveys include 3 questions: overall customer experience, likelihood to return, and likelihood to recommend
- Responses can be anonymous, or customers can provide their contact information and request follow-up from your business
Understanding & Monitoring Results
- Identify trends and areas of opportunities using our easy-to-use, near real-time dashboard displaying all the results across your locations
- Review summary reports or detailed reports by location
- Access scores, customer feedback and any customer issues or concerns by location
