Join the Trusted Partner Program by enrolling each location
Pay a low monthly rate per location with unlimited text feedback from customers
Place the Trusted Partner Program decals with a unique identifier at each location on all main entrance doors

Generating Customer Participation

Encourage customers to text the word VOICE to the national number with the unique location identifier on the decal at any time to get started
Text surveys include 3 questions: overall customer experience, likelihood to return, and likelihood to recommend
Responses can be anonymous, or customers can provide their contact information and request follow-up from your business

Understanding & Monitoring Results

Identify trends and areas of opportunities using our easy-to-use, near real-time dashboard displaying all the results across your locations
Review summary reports or detailed reports by location
Access scores, customer feedback and any customer issues or concerns by location
